Refunds
We want you to love your Maie frames. If there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of placing your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. Exchanges can only be made to items that have fallen under our quality standard, not to unwanted items. To start an exchange please email info@maieatelier.com.
